Shipping policy

All shipments, title and ownership to the Products and risk of loss or damage during shipment shall pass from the Seller to the Customer/Purchaser from Sellers shipping location (F.O.B.) Las Vegas, freight and shipping insurance prepaid and added). Once the Product Invoice has been submitted and payment has been received and the shipping Bill of Lading has been issued the ordered Product becomes the property of the Customer/Purchaser, although the Seller shall assist (at their own discretion) the Customer/Purchaser with any shipping claims and /or replacements if lost or total loss due to shipping damages, but at no time shall Seller be responsible for product replacement due to third party shipping damages or lost goods. Customer/Purchaser must inspect the package for any visible damage to the packaging before signing off on any shipping documents.  If any visible box damage, such as but not limited to; holes, box wrinkles, crush marks, scrape marks and etc. Customer/Purchaser must report it to the driver and before signing for the packaging and make sure the driver writes on the shipping docs, “box damage.”  Failure to do this could void the shipping insurance. Customer/Purchaser must inspect the contents of the box within 48 hours of delivery and report any contents damage to our office immediately at 702 533 8899.
